Aimee Floyd
Aimee is the founder and clinical director of Foundations First Group. She is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in psychological science and biomedical science, completing her Honours in Psychology, and she designs and leads every venture in the group: the psychosocial risk practice, the grant and tender work, the clinical practice, and the program portfolio.
Her clinical work spans behaviour support across children, disability, youth justice, and forensic settings, alongside counselling and corporate consulting. Whether the reader is an eight year old learning how their own brain works, a funding assessor, or a workforce of three hundred, the thread is the same: rigorous psychological science, translated into something people can actually use.
